How to book my transfer with Let's Go Transfer Service?
You can book Let’s Go Transfer service by using on-line form on our website, via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), Facebook Messenger or by contacting us via Whatsapp or Viber (+385 (0)98 934 5445).
Just choose your pick-up date and time, your departure and destination point, vehicle type and number of persons. When you confirm a booking you will receive an email that confirms your transfer with all the details.

What's included in price?
The displayed price refers to a transfer per vehicle, regardless of the number of passengers. The price also includes the transport of your luggage and free Wi-Fi inside the vehicles. Rates are fixed and there are no hidden costs – tolls, taxes and all other fees are covered.
How can I pay for my transfer?
You pay to your driver on the spot, when you reach the destination. We accept cash payments only. Additional requests regarding the payment can be agreed during the booking process.
What is "Best Price Guarantee"?
We guarantee the lowest price for your transfer. If you find a lower price for the same service that is listed on letsgo.hr, email us your quote and we will match that price and offer additional 5€ off your service.
Where will my driver meet me?
The driver will pick you up at the location you chose.
If you book an Airport Transfer, your driver will meet you at the Arrivals hall with your name written on the board. You will receive exact instructions on the meeting point in your email confirmation when you make the booking.
We use your flight number to track your flight and ensure your driver is waiting for you when you land. We monitor delays and update the times and we send your driver accordingly.
How will I know when my car is on the way and how will I recognize my car?
The day before the journey we will contact you by e-mail and give you detailed instructions. Also, we will be available for contact at any time via mobile, mail, viber and whatsapp.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flights and track any early or delayed flights to ensure we are there to greet you. If you know there will be an extended delay from your departure destination, please contact us.
Can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your booking 2 days prior to the transfer without any cancellation fees.
How long will my transfer last?
The times quoted are the standard journey times on a normal day. These times may differ slightly in high season when there is more traffic or road works affect the direct route of the journey.
You will be notified if there is any anticipated delay to your journey.
The price does not depend on the conditions on the route or the traffic as we offer transfers at fixed rates.
What type of vehicle can I choose?
You can choose a standard car, minivan (8 persons), minibus (14 persons), minibus (16 persons).
