How to book my transfer?
You can book Letsgo Transfer service by using on-line form on our website, via email ([email protected]), Facebook Messenger or by contacting us via Whatsapp or Viber (+385 (0)98 934 5445).
Just choose your pick-up date and time, your departure and destination point, vehicle type and number of persons. When you confirm a booking you will receive an email that confirms your transfer with all the details.
You pay direct to driver on your arrival and departure.
What's included in price?
The displayed price refers to a transfer per vehicle, regardless of the number of passengers. The price also includes the transport of your luggage and free Wi-Fi inside the vehicles. Rates are fixed and there are no hidden costs - tolls, taxes and all other fees are covered.
How can I pay for my Transfer services?
You pay to your driver on the spot, when you reach the destination. We accept cash payments only. Additional requests regarding the payment can be agreed during the booking process.
Where will my driver meet me?
The driver will pick you up at the location you chose.
If you book an Airport Transfer, your driver will meet you at the Arrivals hall with your name written on the board. You will receive exact instructions on the meeting point in your email confirmation when you make the booking. We use your flight number to track your flight and ensure your driver is waiting for you when you land.
We monitor delays and update the times and we send your driver accordingly.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flights and track any early or delayed flights to ensure we are there to greet you. If you know there will be an extended delay from your departure destination, please contact us.
